The role: Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation portfolio Determine liability and develop effective claim strategies Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers and treatment providers Drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes Work collaboratively with Technical Leaders and internal stakeholders to achieve quality claim outcomes Ensure compliance with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and scheme requirements What we're looking for: Previous Workers Compensation Case Management experience with end-to-end claim ownership Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation Experience managing both physical and psychological injury claims Confident decision-making and sound legislative judgement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting injured workers Keen to learn more?
