About the Role As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the business, leading a team of eight , including an Assistant Store Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, driving sales, coaching their team and staying close to the numbers.
You will: Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team Identify opportunities to grow an already successful business Build a solid sales and service culture across the store Manage rostering, stock,



VM and day-to-day operations Work closely with your Assistant Store Manager to create accountability and consistency Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong commercial standards What You'll Bring We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident taking ownership of a high-volume business and knows how to turn opportunity into results.
