The role
n
Think F1 pit crew.
n
Trucks arrive, stock needs to move, orders need to be picked and packed, and everything needs to be ready to go — fast, accurately and safely.
n
Pick & pack is the main game here - you'll spend roughly 75% of your time on it, with the other 25% on the forklift, keeping stock moving around the warehouse.
n
That means getting stock to the right place, orders packed accurately and everything ready at the dock before the driver's finished their pre-trip. You keep the warehouse moving — safely, efficiently and without the fuss.
n
Your job is to make everyone else's job possible.
n
You're not necessarily the loudest part of the operation — but pull you out of it and everyone notices pretty quickly.

What you'll actually be doing
n
n
Pick and pack duties across the warehouse (around 75% of your shift)
n
Operating a forklift for stock movement and pallet flow (around 25% of your shift) in a temperature-controlled environment — including cold store and freezer zones
n
Using equipment safely around pedestrian team members — maintaining clearance distances and speed limits at all times
n
Completing pre-use equipment checks before every shift
n
Moving stock to pick locations,



supporting loading and unloading as needed
n
Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and safety concerns — before something happens, not after
n
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and compliant with CHILL safety standards
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Current, valid LF forklift licence — this is a hard requirement
n
High Reach experience is highly desirable
n
Right to work in Australia
n
Genuine safety awareness — not just 'I've done the course'
n
Comfortable working in cold and freezer environments for extended periods
n
Physically fit and alert — this is an active, demanding role
n
Reliable and consistent — secure operation depends on showing up focused every shift
n
A team-player mindset — your work affects everyone around you
