CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide high-level clinical oversight across our multidisciplinary department in Far North NSW. The role is part time (3–4 days per week) with hybrid work options.

You will lead Allied Health staff, supervise and mentor, develop treatment plans, and drive evidence-based programs while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. Applicants must be registered in an Allied Health profession with at least 5 years working with children and trauma;
