QIX Consulting Group is partnering with a growing and well-established financial advice business seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Adviser to join its Melbourne team.
n
With another exciting year of growth planned, the business is looking for someone who can work closely with experienced advisers, support new and existing client relationships, and help deliver a seamless advice experience.
n
This opportunity could suit either:
n
n
A career Senior Associate who enjoys being a trusted partner to advisers and clients and wants to build a long-term career in a senior support capacity; or
n
An ambitious Associate who would like to develop their technical and client-facing capabilities before progressing into a Financial Adviser role in the future.
n
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Supporting advisers throughout the end-to-end advice process
n
Attending client meetings and preparing meeting documentation
n
Assisting with strategy development and advice preparation
n
Coordinating with paraplanning, administration and implementation teams
n
Managing client reviews, follow-ups and ongoing service requirements
n




Building solid relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact
n
Ensuring all documentation and advice processes meet compliance requirements
n
Supporting the onboarding of new clients and anticipated business growth
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience within financial planning, wealth management or private wealth
n
Experience working as an Associate Adviser, Senior Associate, Paraplanner or in a similar advice-support role
n
A sound understanding of superannuation, investments, insurance and wealth strategies
n
Robust client-facing, communication and relationship-management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A proactive, professional and collaborative approach
n
n
