The Role:
We are seeking high-potential graduates to join ourAI Graduate Management Program.

You will work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the design, development, and optimisation of AI-powered solutions across our platform.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver high-impact business and technology initiatives
Support operational and investment process improvements across the organisation
Assist in designing, building, and improving AI-driven features across the swipejobs platform
Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to enhance system performance and accuracy
Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into live environments
Monitor AI workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and quality
Contribute to workshops that drive innovation, product enhancement, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:




Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
Understanding of financial statements, risk management principles, and operational dependencies
Knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (preferred for technical exposure)
Familiarity with data processing and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL)
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Interest in AI ethics, innovation, and real-world applications of emerging technologies
