Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedSenior DevOps Engineerwith8+ years of hands‐on experiencein infrastructure automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and container orchestration.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of DevOps principles, infrastructure as code, cloud-native systems, and monitoring/observability.
You will be instrumental in optimizing our deployment pipelines, improving system reliability, and mentoring DevOps team members.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and managehighly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Lead the development and maintenance ofCI/CD pipelinesto enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable software deployments
ImplementInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or custom scripting
Manage and scaleKubernetesclusters and containerized applications (Docker, Helm, etc.)
Set up comprehensivemonitoring, logging, and alertingusing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and other stakeholders to streamline the software delivery lifecycle
Drive cost optimization, infrastructure resilience, and performance improvements
Own and manageincident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reporting
Establish and enforceDevOps best practicesincluding GitOps, release strategies, and disaster recovery plans
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross‐functional training and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications




Bachelor's or Master's Degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering experience
Deep experience withat least one major cloud provider(AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven expertise incontainer orchestration (Kubernetes)and container technologies (Docker)
Proficient in writing IaC withTerraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent
Strong scripting or programming skills inPython, Bash, Go, or similar
Expertise withCI/CD toolssuch as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker
Experience withLinux systems administration, networking, and security best practices
Experience withobservability tools(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
Strong understanding ofDevSecOpspractices including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and IAM
Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have
Certifications such asAWS Certified DevOps Engineer,CKA, orGCP Professional DevOps Engineer
Experience withservice meshtechnologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)
Familiarity withserverless frameworks(Lambda, Cloud Functions, etc.)
Experience supportingmicroservicesand distributed systems at scale
Exposure to compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
Experience inFinTech,SaaS,e‐commerce, or other high‐scale environments
