Job Description
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our Band 1 corporate team in Sydney. You will work with Partners James Pettigrew and Jay Prasad, and the national Tax practice on complex transactions.

You will advise on tax implications of transactions across corporate, funds, energy and resources and property sectors, with potential engagement with the ATO as needed. The role emphasizes corporate tax work and collaboration across teams.
