Omnia Community Health is seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant (grade 2) to join our team on a part‐time basis. Based at Broadford, Wallan, Seymour and Kinglake, you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high‐quality services to the community.

You will assist across disciplines such as speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, diabetes education and dietetics, under supervision, ensuring effective program delivery and patient care.
