Fourhearts Cafe is looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Cafe Manager / Barista All-Rounder to join our team in Bellerive.

This role would suit someone who is confident running a busy cafe, making consistently outstanding coffee, supporting staff and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the cafe when the owners are not on site.

About the role

You will be responsible for:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Opening and closing the cafe
Managing the day-to-day flow of service
Supervising and supporting cafe staff
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and food-safety standards
Monitoring stock and communicating ordering requirements
Handling customer enquiries and resolving day-to-day issues
Helping maintain consistency across the cafe
Taking ownership of the cafe during owner absence

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous cafe/barista experience — essential
Has strong coffee-making skills
Has supervisory, team leader or cafe management experience
Is trustworthy,



reliable and punctual
Can confidently work independently
Is comfortable leading and coordinating staff
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is organised and able to remain calm during busy periods
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe
Is enthusiastic about helping a growing local cafe succeed

What we offer
Permanent part time employment
Minimum 20 guaranteed hours per week
Opportunity to increase to full-time hours for a right candidate
$32–$36 per hour + super, depending on experience
