Blossom Together Support Services is a growing NDIS support provider looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team.

About the Role

You will support NDIS participants with:
Personal care
Community access
Domestic assistance
Meal preparation
Transport to appointments
Promoting independence and wellbeing

Requirements
Experience in disability, aged care or nursing (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Caring, qualified and reliable attitude
