Job description

Upper Hunter Apiaries based in Hunter Valley, NSW is seeking a full time Beekeeper with minimum 4 years experience, be physically fit, able to stay away from home for multiple nights and hold a Heavy Combination (HC) license.

You Must:
Have previous Beekeeping experience
Be physically fit and able to lift heavy weights
Hold a Heavy Combination HC license (truck)
Be prepared to work diverse hours in busy periods
Be able to work as a team

Roles Include:
Queen rearing, re-queening and brood work
Identify pests and diseases
Shifting beehives to current locations
Robbing honey from hives




Extracting honey and cleaning extracting plant
Woodwork and fabrication of bee equipment

A Salary of $90,000 gross per annum plus super

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 per year

Muswellbrook NSW 2333: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Beekeeping: 4 years (Required)
