About the Role

We're looking for a Powder Coater/Production Worker who takes real pride in finish quality, works safely, and keeps up with a fast-moving production schedule. Your work is the last line of quality before our products go out to Defence, government and major fleet customers.

What You'll Do
Prepare components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking and surface preparation
Apply powder coating using spray booth equipment to meet quality and colour specifications
Load and unload components from the curing oven,



monitoring temperature and cure times
Conduct quality checks on finish (coverage, colour match, surface defects) and rework as required
Maintain the powder coating booth, spray guns and associated equipment
Follow WHS and environmental procedures for handling chemicals/powders and operating coating equipment
Support general production tasks (assembly, packing, materials handling) as required

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in powder coating, spray painting or a similar surface finishing role (preferred)
Understanding of powder coating processes, equipment and quality standards
Ability to work safely with coating equipment, chemicals and curing ovens
Strong attention to detail, particularly around finish quality and colour matching
Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace, with robust attention to detail
