We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial plastering services across the Northern Rivers region. The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team on a full time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
Installing plasterboard (drywall) for walls and ceilings
Setting, finishing, and sanding plaster surfaces to a high standard
Cornice installation and patchwork repairs
Suspended ceilings, bulkheads, partition walls and steel frames
Interpreting plans and measurements for accurate installation
Working across residential homes and commercial sites
Maintaining a clean and secure work workplace
Liaising with builders,
contractors, and team members on-site
What We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in plastering/drywall installation and finishing
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Valuable time management and reliability
Physical fitness and ability to handle manual work
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Driver’s licence preferred
Remuneration:
$80,000 – $100,000 per year + superannuation (depending on experience)
Full-time, ongoing position
Consistent pipeline of work across residential and commercial projects
Supportive small team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
