Job Description

They are currently on the lookout for a Architect who is experienced in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects through to construction. Be responsible for mentoring juniors, ensuring design standards are upheld, and project deadlines are met.

DUTIES.

n
Lead multi-residential projects from Concept Design through to completion
n
Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes
n
Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
n
n
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
n
Strong competency in Revit construction documentation
n
Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects
n
