My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a Head of Client Engagement for an initial 12 month contract, with potential for extension, to oversee a national team from our Sydney Olympic Park head office (in office, 5 days).

You will lead intake, onboarding, and referral partnerships, drive client growth and retention, and ensure all activities align with Aged Care and NDIS standards while delivering executive reporting and KPIs.
