You are:
n
n
Motivated, organised and a strong communicator
n
Experienced as a Site Engineer within subdivisions, land development or civil construction
n
Confident coordinating subcontractors, site activities and daily project progress
n
A team player who works well with Supervisors, Engineers and Project Managers
n




Take pride in your work and hold yourself to standards you're able to communicate to those around you
n
Looking for the opportunity to continue developing towards Project Engineer

The role:
n
Working closely with the Project Engineer, Project Manager and site team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects across Greater Western Sydney.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinate subcontractors and daily construction activities
n
Assist with project programming and short-term planning
n
Track quantities, costs, progress and project documentation
n
Coordinate plant, materials and site resources
n
Assist with procurement and subcontractor requirements
n
Complete QA documentation, inspections and ITPs
n
Work closely with Surveyors, Supervisors and the wider project team
n
Assist with variations and project reporting
n
Maintain a high standard of safety and quality across the project
n
Identify potential site issues early and work with the project team to find practical solution
n
Work on subdivision projects across Greater Western Sydney
n
Genuine progression towards Project Engineer
n
Salary considered on a case-by-case basis depending on experience
n
Strong pipeline providing long-term project security

Experienced engineering and project management team around you
