About The Role
n
As a People Generalist (Fixed-Term), you will join our global People & Sustainability team and support employees and managers across the Asia-Pacific region, primarily in Australia and China.
n
By providing guidance on people-related matters, contributing to employee development initiatives, and supporting compliance and continuous improvement activities, you will help create a positive employee experience.
n
Please note: This is a full-time, hybrid role (3–5 days per week onsite) based in our Adelaide office. We are seeking someone who can preferably start as soon as possible. This is an 8-month fixed-term contract.

In This Role, You Will
n
n
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on people-related policies, procedures, and workplace enquiries,
including handling employee relations matters such as disciplinary processes and grievance procedures.
n
Maintain employee records with a high level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
n
Coordinate and facilitate learning and development activities, including training initiatives, workshops, and cross-functional programs that support employee growth and career development.
n
Lead or contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company requirements.

What We're Looking For
n
We are looking for an organised, self-driven, people-oriented, and proactive professional who enjoys working across a variety of HR activities and building positive working relationships with employees and managers.
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
n
Experience in a People Generalist or HR Generalist role supporting the Asia-Pacific region within a dynamic environment, including employee relations matters.
n
Knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations practices, ideally across Australia and/or China.
n
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Experience working with HRIS platforms (ideally Workday) and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
