About the Role
n
As an Activation Executive you'll be responsible for campaign implementation, optimisation, tracking, reporting, trading, and negotiating across all search, social media and programmatic advertising. This is a growth-oriented role where you will continue to learn and acquire skills through on-the-job training, exposure to various digital media channels and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Implement biddable media (search, social & programmatic) activity with a high level of accuracy
n
Follow a stringent QA process
n
Develop and maintain expertise in search, social & programmatic platforms
n
Ongoing monitoring and optimisation in platforms to ensure campaign deliverables are met
n
Escalation of performance challenges to the team
n
Identify opportunities to improve performance on an ongoing basis
n
Contribute to campaign planning with a view to optimal execution to meet client objectives
n
Provision of data, observations and insights as part of regular reporting
n
Work with platform partners to unlock the greatest outcomes
n




Support with the training and development of a coordinator/junior activation resource
n
Assist in billing & financial reconciliation.
n
Attend weekly internal industry presentations to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
n
18 months' or more experience within a media agency
n
Hands-on experience across search, social & programmatic media
n
Understanding of how to execute campaigns against a variety of objectives, both brand and performance
n
A solutions-focused mindset
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Strong understanding of platforms including programmatic DSPs, Meta, TikTok & Google Ads
n
Experience analysing data and understanding trends
n
Ability to manage priorities across platforms and clients/business units
n
Eagerness to learn about new channels, tactics and capabilities
n
Clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders
