About the role

Clearview Skylights is seeking an experienced and organised Scheduling and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Wangara, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our Warehouse and scheduling operations for all Clearview Skylight operations.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, utilising industry-leading scheduling software
n
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues, proactively implementing solutions
n
Collaborating with our operational team, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules and coordinate activities
n
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the office administration function
n
All administrative duties as required including internal sales administration and answering the phones
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous admin Scheduling experience is mandatory
n
Sales and customer service skills highly desirable
n
Experience within the construction industry or similar is preferred
n




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams
n
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Ability to thrive under pressure , adapt to change and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving complex deadlines
n
We are looking for someone who is workflow and process driven, things need to be organised and want to follow systems and standards.
