As a Finishes Foreman, you will require
n
n
Experience as a Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Supervisor.
n
Background delivering townhouses, apartments or high-volume residential projects.
n
Strong knowledge of internal finishes,
defects and handovers.
n
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and dwellings simultaneously.
n
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to quality.
n
Strong subcontractor management and programming skills.
n
Trade background or relevant QBCC qualifications highly regarded.
n
