Job description Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Maintenance Response Call Centre Officer to join their Government team.

About the Role Working within the Maintenance Response Centre, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, coordinating maintenance requests and completing a range of administrative functions.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and provide outstanding customer service.
Process maintenance requests and accurately update information systems.
Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence as required.
Liaise effectively with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Manage challenging conversations using negotiation and dispute resolution skills where required.
Work within established KPIs and performance measures.
Support the team with general office and administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in a call centre or fast paced phone environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently following on-the-job training.
Mandatory Requirements Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Word experience.
General office administration experience.
Competency using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
Highly Desirable Previous maintenance, property or trade-related knowledge.
Experience working in a quick-paced operational environment.
Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
