The Role
n
We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an prospect to make a real difference.

What We're Looking For
n
We are seeking caring, reliable, and proactive individuals who:
n
n




Have Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
n
Have experience in high care, mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviours of concern
n
Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
n
Have a full and clean Australian driver's license and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
n
Possess good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
n
Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
n
n
Additional Requirements
n
n
Must have the right to live and work in Australia
n
International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
n
n
