With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new apartment development in Melbourne's Northern Corridor.
About the Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a 3-storey apartment development , managing the project on site through construction, finishes and handover.
The role will include: Managing all day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Driving the construction programme and key milestones Managing site safety, quality and compliance Running site meetings and coordinating works Managing inspections,
