The Montefiore Foundation is looking for a casual Retail Assistant to join

the team at our Hunters Hill Residential campus.
n
The Emporium plays a special role in our community; every purchase
n
directly supports our Foundation's work to subsidise care for over 30% of
n
our concessional residents.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on retail role working 18 hours per week alongside our dedicated volunteers and Boutique Supervisor.
n
The Retail Assistant is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for customers, keeping the store tidy and helping with stock and sales.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
n
Work collaboratively with volunteers and team members
n
Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
n
Support stock intake, restocking, and inventory checks
n
Help maintain the store's appearance, including displays and window setups
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
n
Friendly and approachable with a robust sense of teamwork
n
