Pro Step Landscaping is seeking an experienced Senior Landscaper who can operate confidently, independently, and uphold our high standards across residential and structural landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
Laying blocks, brickwork, and structural retaining systems
Paving (concrete, stone, large format) with precision and finish quality
Operating power tools and small machinery safely and efficiently
Working autonomously and managing daily tasks without supervision
Delivering high‑quality landscaping outcomes across gardens, turf, drainage, and hardscapes
Leading by example with workmanship, communication, and site organisation

Required Skills & Experience
Robust competency in block laying and paving
Confident with all landscaping power tools and equipment
Solid knowledge of landscaping construction, materials,



and site processes
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
White Card required
Driver’s licence required

Highly Beneficial
Bobcat/skid steer operating experience
MR truck licence
Ability to train or guide junior staff when needed
