About Anytime Exploration Services:
AES is a trusted provider of exploration support services to the Australian mining and mineral exploration industry. We are currently seeking experienced Field Assistants to support ongoing exploration projects across Western Australia.

Role Overview:
As an experienced Field Assistant, you will support geological field operations across exploration projects. The successful candidate will have previous exploration industry experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in remote and challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Work safely around Diamond, RC and AC drill rigs.
Conduct sampling, chip logging, sample dispatch, and core yard duties.
Complete core processing activities including orientation, mark-ups, SG, MagSus, RQD, Imago, cutting, and sampling.
Maintain QAQC standards and accurate geological data recording.
Operate portable XRF equipment and assist with general field and manual labour tasks.
Support site rehabilitation activities including pad clean-up and collar cutting.
Participate in daily pre-starts and adhere to all site safety procedures.

Essential Requirements:
Previous Field Assistant experience within the mining or mineral exploration industry essential.




Solid commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Physically fit and able to work in remote settings.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
Current manual Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance.
WA-based applicants preferred, with full Australian working rights required.
First Aid & 4WD Cert highly regarded.
Adaptable to work varying rosters as required.
