Key Responsibilities

You will undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of residential properties including:
Active prospecting to generate appraisal and listing opportunities
Conducting appraisals alongside the Principal
Assisting with listing presentations and vendor management
Organising and conducting open homes and private inspections
Buyer follow-up and database management
Preparing sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparables etc.) in line with company policies
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Managing and maintaining CRM databases
Supporting auction campaigns and negotiation processes
Representing the office at local community events and networking functions
Promoting listings through marketing campaigns and digital platforms
Reporting weekly on prospecting activity and KPI performance
Attending all training sessions and internal meetings

Performance & Bonus Structure

This role includes a structured bonus system based on measurable KPIs. Bonuses are paid upon achievement of agreed performance targets, which may include:
Prospecting call numbers
Appraisals generated
Listings secured
Buyer appointments conducted
Database growth




Contribution to settled sales

Performance is measured monthly and quarterly, with transparent benchmarks and transparent expectations. High performance is recognised and rewarded.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
