About the role

We have Christmas casual positions available and are looking for team members with versatile availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail trading periods. You will be working in a friendly and qualified environment, with ongoing support and training provided to ensure your success.

This is a hands-on retail role covering all areas of the store. Key responsibilities include:
Providing a high level of customer service.
Assisting customers with product information and helping them choose the products best suited to their needs.
Promoting sales and achieving store goals.




Creative visual merchandising and inventory management.

The successful applicant:
You will have a strong focus on customer experience.
Pleasant outgoing disposition to build good relationships with customers and team members.
You are highly motivated, and results driven.
Previous retail experience in fashion and/or footwear will be viewed favourably but not essential.
Equestrian experience highly regarded, but not essential.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods.
