Campus Location: Blacktown, Australia | North Sydney, Australia Job No: APTAV********** Opportunity to support prospective students explore their study options, drive recruitment and promote our NSW campuses Lead a positive, dynamic team that celebrates successes and passionate about performance excellence ACU offers 17% superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions Full time, fixed term 12 month opportunity with hybrid flexibility working at North Sydney or Blacktown campus About the role: Operating within Future Students , the Future Students Lead, NSW is responsible for driving student recruitment efforts, promoting ACU's North Sydney, Blacktown and Strathfield campuses in local and regional areas, facilitating high quality applications from prospective students and supporting national marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the National Manager - Future Students, the position will represent the NSW team on student recruitment matters, align plans to market needs, utilise strategic planning to explore and establish new markets, and ensure cannibalisation of the three campuses is minimised.
Managing the Future Student Coordinators and Officers the position will support the team to implement recruitment plans, employ marketing strategies and build a high impact, positive culture.
The Future Students Lead will work closely with and offer guidance to the Future Students Lead, ACT to enable a seamless and coordinated approach to school engagement and prospective student recruitment efforts to minimise duplication of efforts and allow for positive student and stakeholder experiences.
An important aspect of the role will be to develop and nurture relationships with university stakeholders, high school communities (Careers Advisers, teachers and Principals), local community groups, Blacktown City Council, venues and external providers.
The incumbent may be required to work at any of the three ACU NSW campuses and some local and interstate travel to meet operational needs.
Flexibility in working hours is needed to attend events and activities held outside standard business hours at offsite locations.

Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
