Elevator Service Technician (Gold Coast Based)

Position available: Lift Service Technician, Gold Coast, QLD

Duties and Responsibilities
n
n
Complete scheduled services, repairs and breakdown visits effectively and efficiently;
n
Effectively planworkload, in conjunction with team of service technicians;
n
Be a good communicator and maintainexcellentcustomer relations;
n
Ensureall work is carried out in line with company WH&S; policy and procedures;
n
Works within quality standards and procedures;
n
Ensuretrue and accurate reports of activities and work carried out;
n
Present a strong customer focus.
n
Ensurethat Company Vehicle is maintained in accordance with manufacturers schedule and company policies.
n




Supervise and train apprentices as and when required (Eletech is committed to training and development of apprentices).
n
n
Education and Qualifications Required
n
n
Queensland or other Australian equivalent Electrical fitter/mechanic license;
n
Manual Driver's License;
n
Construction White Card.
n
n
Experience
n
n
Experience in the lift industry required;
n
Electrical licence required;
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Candidates will be required to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check in the course of their employment.
n
Candidates will be required to be flu-vaccinated due to Eletech's customer's requirements (Health Care and Aged Care facilities).
n
n
n
This position is based on the Gold Coast but can include travel to all areas in South East QLD. Successful applicant willbe flexible and self motivated,working within a team workplace.
