About the role:

You'll support the Group HR & Compliance Manager with audits and compliance activities across corporate and franchise sites. Expect variety, national exposure, and the chance to build your career in a supportive, values-driven team.

Key tasks include:

Assisting with workplace audits
n
Monitoring compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards & WHS
n
Preparing reports and supporting implementation of recommendations
n
Promoting accountability and fairness across the business

Keen interest in compliance, auditing, or HR
n
Robust attention to detail and eager to learn
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Integrity, professionalism, and discretion
