We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Wesley House in casual roles. If you're passionate about person-centred care and want to make a meaningful difference, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be a key support in delivering high-quality clinical care. You'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and guide Personal Care Attendants to ensure every resident's health, comfort, and dignity remain top priority.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Resident Caren
n
Monitor and respond to residents' health needs
n
Administer medications and treatments
n
Support daily living activities with compassion and respect
n
n
Relationship Buildingn
n
Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents
n
Communicate with families and external services
n
Lead and support Personal Care Attendants to maintain exceptional care standards
n
n
Administration & Growthn
n
Keep accurate clinical documentation in Leecare
n
Follow policies, procedures, and incident reporting guidelines
n
Maintain your skills through ongoing training and career development
n
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
Qualifications: Diploma of Nursing,



AHPRA registration as an EN, and DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Experience: Minimum 12 months as an Enrolled Nurse, Aged Care experience and Leecare knowledge are big pluses
n
Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of Aged Care Standards, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent care
n
