About the Position This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to step into a key 2IC role within a new and growing operation.
Offering $******K + super , you'll work closely with senior management to lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure the venue operates smoothly across every shift.
This role suits a confident, hands-on manager who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing people, and taking ownership when senior leadership is off-site.

Position Description Support senior management with the day-to-day operation of the venue Take responsibility for venue operations in the absence of senior management Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team Set clear expectations and maintain high service and operational standards Assist with recruitment,
onboarding, training, and team development Support rostering, labour management, and daily operational planning Monitor guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain compliance across RSA, RCG, WHS, and licensing requirements Assist with stock control, cash handling, reporting, and administration Work closely with senior leadership to drive venue performance and team culture Position Requirements Previous experience as a 2IC, Assistant Venue Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role Proven experience leading and developing teams within a busy hospitality environment Robust people management skills, including coaching, feedback, and performance conversations Ability to set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Strong understanding of food, beverage, gaming, and venue operations Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Confident leadership style with a strong focus on customer experience Current RSA, RCG, ARCG First Aid certificates (essential) Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Salary Benefits $******K + super , depending on experience Join an exciting new hospitality operation backed by an established group Strong operational support and experienced senior leadership Genuine opportunity to influence team culture and venue performance Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality group Convenient South-West Sydney location with access to local amenities and open spaces 2IC | $******K + super.
