The Role: As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of local properties.

You will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants Handling maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently Liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained Areers Control Attending Tribunal hearings as required Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations The Requirements:
