Job Description
Tryzens Global in Australia is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream CX transformation for a major retail group. The role spans a multi-brand eCommerce re-platform, order management and customer service, a native mobile app, and extensive integrations across onshore and offshore pods and third parties.
