An exciting opportunity has become available for a HR Coordinator to join a highly respected organisation based in Burwood. Our client is an established industry association supporting businesses, employers and professionals across its sector through membership services, training, compliance and advocacy.

Human Resources Coordinator

Following significant investment in digital systems and process improvement, they are now looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in the next stage of their HR transformation.
n
The Role
n
You'll support the full employee life cycle and work across a broad range of HR activities, including:
n
n
HR administration across onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
n
Preparing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation
n
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
n
Supporting payroll administration and employee data management
n
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
n
Assisting with compliance,



audits and workplace health & safety administration
n
Supporting the rollout and optimisation of digital HR tools and processes
n
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline HR operations
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and systems-savvy, with a genuine desire to develop their HR career.
n
You'll Ideally Have
n
n
2+ years' experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar generalist HR role
n
Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS
n
Exposure to payroll administration or payroll support
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
