Job Description
GemLife is seeking a Development Manager to lead multi-million-dollar resort projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will work with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes, program objectives and commercial success.

The role requires a degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning or related field and 3+ years in development management or project delivery, with solid planning and approvals knowledge and a proactive,
