Training period for this role will commence Monday 26th October ****.

About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Receptionist to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy holiday accommodation property. Permanent part‐time minimum 32hrs per week.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage daily front desk operations,



including guest check‐ins, check‐outs, and room allocations
n
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and roster the housekeeping department accordingly
n
Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and apartment owners
n
Handle guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
Maintain a welcoming, organised, and guest‐focused environment
n
Administrative assistance to the Manager
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in front office or reception roles
n
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‐solving skills
n
Experience using property management systems and reservation software (Resly experience highly regarded)
n
A professional and friendly approach to guest service
n
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
