We are seeking a trade-qualified (Cert 3) Joinery Site Installer (contractor) to manage the on-site delivery, assembly, and installation of custom commercial, and residential joinery across projects.
n
You will be required to interpret architectural plans, joinery shop drawings, ensure precise installations, and represent the business professionally on job sites across NSW (predominantly Sydney based).
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
Site Installation
n
Transport, unload, assemble, and fit custom joinery, including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, architectural timber paneling, detailed reception desks, and commercial fitouts.
n
Plan & Specification Interpretation
n
Read architectural drawings, joinery shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation specifications to execute accurate site layouts.
n
On-Site Modification
n
Perform exact scribe-fitting, cutting, edge-banding, and minor adjustments using trade hand and power tools.
n
Hardware & Fixture Fitting
n
Select, align, and attach concealed hinges, runners, handles, integrated lighting channels, and associated hardware.
n
Quality & Compliance
n
Inspect completed installations for structural integrity,



accurate alignments, smooth operation, and flawless aesthetic finishes.
n
Site Management & Safety
n
Adhere to company and site-specific Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies, risk assessments, and SWMS requirements.
n

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Certificate III in Joinery (CPC*****) or Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology (MSF*****)
n
White Card: Current General Construction Induction Card (NSW White Card)
n
Driver License: Valid Manual NSW Driver's License
n
Experience: 2+ years of post-apprenticeship experience in commercial or high-end residential joinery installation
n
Tools: Possession of a personal kit of trade hand and power tools (preferred).
n
