Job Description
Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a part time HR professional on a 6-month fixed-term contract, four days per week, with a view to turning permanent. You will report to the Head of People and Culture and support a recruiter and HR Coordinator in a close-knit HR team.

You will provide HR advice on performance and employee relations, conduct investigations, and partner with the business on HR projects. A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication are essential.
