Cairns Aged Care GP is a small, accredited mobile general practice with a Principal GP, a practice nurse team, a and a practice manager, caring for over 300 residents across aged care facilities.

• A full book from day one: an established resident population, warm facility relationships, and referralflow with our visiting geriatrician and endocrinologist.

• Two days, four days, school hours, or a compressed week that gives you Fridays back —well work around what you need rather than handing you a timetable. Rounds are scheduled, not reactive, soyou finish when you planned to.



Telehealth handles routine follow-up from wherever you are, and after-hoursis by agreement only. Take leave when you want it: as a contractor you're not competing for a roster slot, and we cover your patients while you're away.It's the arrangement that works for GPs winding back from full time practice, parents who need the school runto be non-negotiable, and doctors who simply want their evenings and weekends to belong to them again.

About you

• Current Fellowship of the RACGP (FRACGP) or ACRRM (FACRRM) — essential

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency, essential; visa sponsorship is not available for this role

• Current unconditional AHPRA registration and CPD compliance• Genuine interest in aged care, complex chronic disease, dementia and palliative care

• Skilled indemnity insurance

• ABN (or willingness to obtain), independent contractor engagement under a service facility agreement
