With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new apartment development in Melbourne’s Northern Corridor.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a 3-storey apartment development, managing the project on site through construction, finishes and handover.
The role will include:
Managing all day-to-day site operations
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Driving the construction programme and key milestones
Managing site safety, quality and compliance
Running site meetings and coordinating works
Managing inspections, defects and handover




Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team

Job Requirements
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Site Manager with a Melbourne head contractor
Strong apartment or multi-residential project experience
Experience delivering projects from structure through to handover
Solid subcontractor management and programming skills
Good knowledge of Victorian building regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
