Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume specialist area. You will work with other Department Managers and report to your Operations Manager, guiding 20+ team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will monitor customer service, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and build robust supplier relationships. Weekend rosters and some public holidays apply.
