We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst with strong HR domain knowledge and extensive experience testing Employee Central and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead testing activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and transformation programs.
n
Develop test scenarios and cases based on HR business outcomes, not just system requirements.
n
Validate Hire-to-Retire processes, HR workflows, business rules, organisational structures and employee lifecycle processes.
n
Engage with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and constructively challenge requirements where required.
n
Plan and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
n
Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
n
Support UAT and work closely with HR SMEs, business users, functional consultants and project teams.
n
Ensure testing coverage aligns with business processes and transformation objectives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
n
n




Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing experience.
n
Strong understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire business processes.
n
Experience validating HR workflows, business rules and organisational structures.
n
Strong ability to engage with HR business stakeholders and challenge requirements.
n
Proven experience testing enterprise HR transformation programs.
n
Ability to design test scenarios based on HR business outcomes rather than system requirements alone.
n
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Desirable
n
n
Experience with Playwright test automation.
n
Exposure to automated testing frameworks and test automation practices.
n
n
Ideal Candidate

A solid combination of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing expertise, HR process knowledge and business-focused testing capability, with the confidence to work closely with senior HR stakeholders and challenge requirements where necessary.
