We have an exciting prospect for a Legal Counsel or Law Clerk to join the Egis Legal, Ethics & Compliance team servicing Egis’ Australian and Recent Zealand projects.
In this role, you will provide legal support across contract reviews, compliance and risk management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the review of design and construction contracts, subcontract agreements, software licencing and software as a service contract and providing training on legal issues to the broader business.
The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills, with a view to working on major projects, disputes, insurances and other key areas for the business. With positions open in our Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle offices come join the team!
