Technical Cutover Manager
n
We're looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering multiple concurrent technology projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end cutover strategy for a complex environment involving multiple systems, vendors and stakeholders.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring a successful go‐live across several integrated platforms, managing everything from planning and dress rehearsals through to execution, rollback and hypercare.
n
This will be a daily rate contract until the end of **** based in Hobart with an initial contract until December ****.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Own and manage the master cutover plan and run sheet across multiple projects.
n
Work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and vendors to coordinate all cutover activities.
n
Plan and facilitate cutover dress rehearsals, system resets and readiness activities.
n
Develop detailed rollback and contingency plans.
n
Coordinate approvals through governance processes, including CAB/TRM.
n
Lead the live production cutover, war room activities, data verification and production validation testing (PVT).
n




Identify and manage risks to ensure a smooth and successful deployment.
n

What we're looking for
n
n
5+ years' experience managing enterprise-scale cutovers or release management activities.
n
Proven experience delivering complex cutovers involving multiple applications, vendors and integrated systems.
n
Solid experience coordinating ERP, CRM or enterprise platform deployments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Salesforce or similar).
n
Experience managing dress rehearsals, rollback planning and go‐live execution.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Ability to remain calm and make informed decisions during critical production deployments.
n

Nice to have
n
n
Experience within the utilities or energy sector.
n
Exposure to field service, scheduling or billing platforms.
n
Experience working with both commercial off-the-shelf and bespoke applications.
n
n
