Overview

Desktop Support Engineer role in Western Sydney on a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. Onsite 3 days per week, with 2 days remote/work-from-home or other client site. Salary up to $57 p/h (Inc. Super); ***** hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop support for clients' infrastructure and business applications.
n
Design and support cloud and on-premise systems; solve complex problems.
n
Deliver services through a mix of onsite and remote support.
n
Proactively identify solutions and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems.
n
n
What you need to have
n
n
Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
n
Windows Server administration skills
n
Active Directory and Group Policy expertise
n




3+ years of Desktop Support experience
n
n
