We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Dockhands / Trailer Unloaders to join our team based in Larapinta. This is a casual prospect with consistent hours available across both AM and PM shifts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
$40 per hour (additional penalities may apply)
3–5 days per week (depending on freight volumes)
Monday to Friday Roster (weekend work not required)
SHIFT TIMES
AM: 5:00am – 5:30am starts
PM: 2:00pm – 3:30pm starts
4–8 hour shifts depending on workload
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loading and unloading truck trailers
Sorting freight on conveyor belts
Wrapping and securing pallets
Moving cages and general freight handling
Strapping, wrapping, and preparing freight for dispatch
Manual handling of items up to 30kg
REQUIREMENTS
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling (25kg+ lifts)
Reliable with a solid work ethic
Able to work in a fast-paced setting
Own vehicle and driver’s licence required
Forklift licence highly advantageous (not essential)
