This role sits right at the centre of Hommey. You will be a true partner to our founder in how the business runs day to day, and the person who makes Melbourne HQ feel exactly like us. It is built on trust.

You will learn the business inside out, from commercial priorities to board rhythm, and become the person the leadership team relies on to keep momentum moving.

The Role

You will be the steady hand behind how this business runs day to day.
n

Own the CEO's calendar, protecting focused work time and ensuring every meeting has a explicit purpose.
n
Plan travels and prep meetings ahead of time
n
Follow through on leadership actions so nothing falls through
n
Run HQ Day to day so it looks and feels like Hommey
n
Manage vendors and office spend with real accountability
n
Coordinate the company calendar and keep leadership in sync
n
Plan the moments that hold our culture together, from team celebrations to offsites
n
Handle personal and family logistics with complete discretion
n

You think one step ahead and link your work to the outcome, never to the task.

EA to a CEO or founder in a fast-moving business
n
Has run an office, including vendors and budgets
n
Genuinely tech fluent, comfortable using AI daily
n
Reads the team's tone and knows when to push, hold back, or upscale under pressure
n
Organised and dependable, notices detail others miss
n

And the non-negotiables - you hold confidential company and personal information with complete integrity, you protect the CEO's time and headspace without being asked, and no task is beneath you.
